Many have the right, plan, the right mindset and everything in place yet still fail to succeed.  I truly believe in consistency, hard work, paying your dues and the rest of those cliches. Whatever your goals are,  your focus and dedication are required to achieve any degree of success.  Now to what level of success you reach is totally individual, but with that constant dedication you will improve dramatically. ” One cheat meal won’t ruin your diet the same as one salad doesn’t make you a vegetarian “.

But the common thing I have found with people who have been unsuccessful with any endeavor is that they quit too soon. Everyone is looking for the quick,  easy fix but nothing is truly gained that way. If something is attainable suddenly, the benefits are lost just as fast. Most wuick weight loss is mostly water, which returns to your body as soon ss you go back to your normal life.  Even steroids, the quick muscle fix, takes time but most gains , size and strength diminish greatly,  plus the risks you put your organs through. So by starting a new program , regiment or even diet takes time.

What happens is that we expect instant or drastic results.  And there is a good chance that they will occur but we give up too soon. Not everyone shows or reacts the same so the average person loses faith. And you never give your hard work a chance to fulfill your desired results. The most ironic part of this is that you probably were a few days away from success.  After years of bad habits or not attempting the goals we seek, we now have no patience to realize the objective right in front of us. And that’s where our true growth and purpose is. Not to succeed as an end, but to battle and achieve the goals that we value as individuals, not what society shows but what we truly feel is our happiness. We gain not by crossing tje finish line but by running the race.
