It’s the same as when you walkout with a good haircut, a nice fitting suit, the sensation of a good workout. All things we can do any day. The key is starting the change. Treat yourself to a good shirt. Get a full 8 hour night sleep to recharge and recover. All these little things add up and construct your new attitude. If every week we do one of these things, by the end of the month we are creating a new mindset because we have externally added positive changes.
